Savola Professional Wows IBAKTECH 2024 with Game-Changing Innovations

Savola Professional unveiled its latest high-performance products, including the innovative Vala and Sava brands, at the 14th IBAKTECH Istanbul – International Trade Fair for Bakery, Patisserie, Machinery, Ice Cream, Chocolate, and Technologies.

Held in Istanbul from April 24th to 27th, the event attracted approximately 100,000 industry representatives from Turkey and the Eurasian region.

Reaffirming the leadership in the oils and fats sector, we highlighted our commitment to quality and innovation. Our expert chefs demonstrated the versatility and high performance of our products, with showcases using Vala’s innovative solutions. A standout was the Vala Bella Grater, a timesaving, water-free product – a first and only in the sector – designed to enhance the texture and flavor of laminated pastries.

Visitors were treated to live demos and new baking techniques. The event also served as a platform for industry professionals to explore future trends and opportunities in the food production sector.
